1. Your first message

It starts with a WhatsApp message or a call. T ell us about the illness, the country you are

considering, and whether you have recent reports. There is no obligation at this stage.

2. Report review and doctor’s opinion

We send your reports to suitable specialists in India or China. You usually receive their opinion within 24 to 48 hours, and faster for urgent cases. If you want, we can arrange a call with the doctor.

3. Choosing the hospital

We explain the options in simple language, including the treatment plan and the estimated cost given by the hospital. You decide; we never pressure you.

4. Appointment and visa

We confirm your hospital appointment, obtain the visa invitation letter, and help with the visa application, slot booking, and fee submission.

5. Travel arrangements

We arrange air tickets, accommodation near the hospital, airport pickup, local transport and a translator if needed.

6. During treatment

Our team stays in contact while you are abroad. W e help with hospital coordination and answer your family’s questions back home.

7. After you return

Treatment does not end when you land in Dhaka. W e help you stay in touch with your doctor for follow-up advice and future appointments.
